The story of our famous homemade Polish delicacies begins several times a week at 6am when Greg and Janina begin the preparation of our golabki, super-sized pierogi, and kapusta. The filling for the pierogi is made from fresh cabbage, onions, and spices. The dough is made from scratch, cut into circles which are then filled, sealed, then boiled.
Our homemade golabki start with a hearty blend of fresh beef & pork, rice, and spices. Fresh cabbage is boiled to loosen the leaves which are then separated, stuffed with the filling and baked.
